Answer: We have physical offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen in China. Our offices in both USA and China are staffed with sourcing teams who handle quoting, engineering, pre-production samples, production, quality and logistics.

Who determines which factory will be used?
Answer: ForceBeyond conducts the preliminary factories screening, and recommends 5 to 10 factories to our customer per our customer's guidelines. Our customer will have the final approval of which supplier(s) to offer the project.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Answer: ForceBeyond has no minimum order quantities, however most suppliers in China often do not quote low volume items because of the time investment involved in taking on new customers. Smaller production runs may be accepted if the product requires assembly, packaging, and other labor intensive and value-added functions. More value-added operations translate into more cost savings. A typical minimum starting order is $10,000 and we at ForceBeyond strive to build long term relationships with our customers with business ultimately reaching $500,000 or above per year in orders.
Does ForceBeyond have engineers on site?
Answer: Yes, ForceBeyond has on-site engineers in our USA and China offices.
How does ForceBeyond ensure quality control?
Answer: ForceBeyond strive to minimize the risk by pro-actively follow state-of-art inspection process. All products go through three levels of inspection before we submit the products for customer approval: (1) China factory inspection (2) ForceBeyond China inspection (3) ForceBeyond USA inspection. In case there is a defect, ForceBeyond will consult with our engineers and the customer on the best way to solve the problem and corrections will be made at the factory. For any defective product that reaches our customers, we will discuss the best method for resolution including monetary allowances.
