Sub-Assembly

In order to increase our customers’ production efficiencies, we provide sub-assembly services in our overseas facilities. Sub-assemblies are a series of parts that are combined to form a unique component. Sub-assemblies can be combined to make a larger assembly used on production lines or in service applications.

Similar to kits, outsourcing sub-assemblies provides our customers with many benefits including cost reductions in administration (purchasing & scheduling), inventory, labor, and warehousing. Our sub-assembly service allows our customers to optimize their supply chain and minimize production costs.

All employees in the assembly facilities receive extensive training and all lots of sub-assemblies are built to controlled work instructions, quality inspected and verified for accuracy.
